Mr. Schreiber holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Liberty State College, a B.S.N. from Wheeling Jesuit University, and a M.S.N. from The Ohio State University. He is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Mr. Schreiber is a mental health advocate who works closely with the Alliance for Patient Access, Decera Clinical Edu
Michael Longwell
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Michael is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient care, community mental health outpatient services, to substance use detoxification and recovery.
He obtained his initial nursing degree from WVNCC and obtained his M.S.N. from Herzing Unive
Elizabeth Schreiber
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Elizabeth obtained her B.S.N. from Wheeling Jesuit University and her M.S.N. from the Ohio State University. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
She also maintains an adjunct nursing instructor position at a local university.
In addition to the above, she is also the founder and CEO of Enlighten Aesthetics
Sallie "Beth" Knight
MSW, LICSW
Beth holds a BA in psychology from Lafayette College and a MSW from Rutgers University. She is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Beth has been a mental health therapist for greater than 40 years. She works with adolescents and adults of all ages. Beth taught in the Mental Health Program at Belmont Technical College for 20 years.
Charles "Chuck" Porch

Chuck is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in WV and PA with over 50 years’ experience in the mental health field. He is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Chuck received his B.S. Degree from West Liberty University and his M.S. Demetra Bowman
MS, LPCC
Demetra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 25 years of experience holding licenses in both WV and Ohio.
She acquired a BA in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University.
